Profiles/Product information/Advertisements in GlobalGeneratorSets.com published by Diesel and Gas Turbine Publications are accepted on the representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish the contents thereof. In consideration of such publications, advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold publisher harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of publication.
All contents of advertisements are subject to publisher's approval. Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position commitment at any time.
Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of publisher.
Agency commission is not available
Cancelations may not be made by the advertiser or its agency after space closing date.
Publisher's sole obligation as to any failure or default on its part shall be limited to a pro-rated refund of charges that may have been paid.
Publisher shall have the right to hold advertiser and agency jointly liable to such moneys as are due and payable to publisher for advertising that advertiser or agency ordered and which advertising was published.
No conditions other than those set forth in this agreement shall be binding on publisher unless specifically agreed to in writing by publisher. Publisher shall not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on contracts, order blanks or copy instructions that conflict with provisions of this rate information.
Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery and /or non-delivery in the event of an Act of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any condition beyond the control of publisher affecting production or delivery in any manner.
All orders are accepted subject to provision of our current rate information. Rates are subject to change on notice from publisher. Participation in GlobalGeneratorSets.com counts toward frequency with all other publications of Diesel & Gas Turbine Publications.
Payment terms and conditions. Annual contract only. Prepayment required. Profile on GlobalGeneratorSets.com will not be activated until full payment is received. Profile subject to archival/removal 15 days beyond anniversary date unless contract is renewed with full payment at current rates.
